As the cordial type, Godric is quite fond of socialization and is always willing to lend a hand to those in need, believing one should not have a reason to help people. However, his reputation as a smooth-talker is known among some circles, as he often enjoys the company of those he finds attractive. As confident as he may appear, he is not without his moments of getting flustered. Despite his carefree attitude, Godric harbors insecurities about his past, leading him to conceal most of them in a veil of dishonesty. History. Born in the magic city of Mannatheihwo in Garlean-occupied Landis bearing the name Godric Bas Rufus, he had a common upbringing. His home was narrowly situated amid the bustling streets of a once free city. Fond memories of his Dalmascan father regaling him with countless tales of Ivalice and the heroic deeds of Delita Heiral and his mother taking the young boy out on strolls through the markets clashed with the bitter reality under the imperial banner that rose above his homeland.Godric loved nothing more than watching the first stars that came into sight during the waning hours of the day from the rooftop of his home with his sister, Wulfrunette, two years younger, with a cheerful grin he couldn’t ever get tired of. As far as the boy was concerned, Landis was his whole world. That changed when he attended one of Garlemald’s esteemed imperial academies at an early age. Godric was faced with a world larger than he could have ever fathomed, faced with the injustices that permeated society.Having an excellent talent for theatrical performances from an early age, he was among the best of his age group at the time. Recognized by a successful Garlean playwright, he was offered to join his theater troupe, and soon after they traveled all across Ilsabard, with one of their productions seen by Emperor Solus zos Galvus himself.

House Aubremont. House Aubremont was a noble house from Mannatheihwo, Landis from which some of the city's most esteemed mage-knights hailed from. The house became defunct after the Garlean invasion, with almost all members of the family having been executed, save for Melisende and her older brother. Year 1555–1565. Born in the year 1555, Godric is the only son of Melisende Aubremont, a centurion of the Mage Detachment of the IVth Imperial Legion, and Cenric Warwick, a Dalmascan revolutionary leader. His mother was once a member of a company of mage-knights and a noble of House Aubremont in the dissolved Republic of Landis. Year 1570–1572. Because of his mother’s rank as a centurion, he was among the few non-Garleans with citizenship status. Despite growing up with the bare minimum of privileges being a citizen of the empire offered, he was subjected to constant discrimination by Garleans under the occupation in Landis, even having witnessed many friends and neighbors endure such oppression. His parents tried their best to give Godric and his younger sister normal lives while they continued to work with resistance groups out of plain sight, until one day Garlean authorities caught wind of their activities and arrested him and his entire family when he was 15. The Void . Being a former voidsent hunter, Godric has dedicated his career to the study of all matters pertaining to the void. Whether you're a hunter like him, a scholar of the void, or have simply shown interest in the subject, he would be more than glad to share with you his knowledge or lend you his blade. Landis . Once a sprawling republic in Ilsabard until Garlemald laid claim over its lands since the early days of the empire. Godric was born under the occupation. Because of his mother's rank within the IVth Imperial Legion, he was granted the bare minimum of rights as a citizen. Revolutionary . Godric assisted the resistance against the IVth Imperial Legion in the Bozjan Southern Front and Zadnor. The fight for freedom and liberation burns brightly in his heart, just like his father before him. Drinks . There's nothing like having a chat over drinks with Godric. The young man has somehow found himself in almost every tavern across the realm. Blade . Fellow hunters and sellswords alike would find Godric to be a valuable work partner. You might have worked with him already, or at least heard of him from other adventurers and mercenaries. Flirt . With the right company, Godric would not shy away from flirting. Respond in kind, or don't—his charms are undeniable. Bon Appétit . One thing Godric is passionate for is cooking.
